RÜFUS DU SOL – ALIVE (SOLOMUN REMIX)
Nach einer fast dreijährigen Pause meldet sich das australische Trio RÜFÜS DU SOL mit ‚Alive (Remixes)‘ zurück.
Zuvor hatte die Band das Doppelalbum mit Remixen von Tracks ihres zweifach für den Grammy nominierten Projekts ‚SOLACE‘ mit unglaublichen Produzenten aus der Underground- und etablierten Szene zusammengestellt.
Für „Alive – Remixes“ haben sich Jon, James & Tyrone mit Solomun zusammengetan.
Solomun ist ein großer Kenner der Underground-Szene, der laut DJMag als „The giant – in every sense“ verehrt wird und sich als einer der ersten dieses Jahr eine Residency auf Ibiza gesichert hat.
In den Worten von Tyrone Lindqvist von der Band selbst: „Es ist in gewisser Weise ein härterer Song, aber im Kern ist er hoffnungsvoll. Wir leben – alle von uns – gerade in diesem Übergangsmoment und wir wollten uns auf die Hoffnung konzentrieren, die die Zukunft für uns alle bereithält. Wir wollten uns auf das Licht am Ende des Tunnels konzentrieren.“

After a break of almost three years, the Australian trio RÜFÜS DU SOL returns with ‚Alive (Remixes)‘.
Previously, the band had compiled the double album with remixes of tracks from their two-time Grammy-nominated project ‚SOLACE‘ with incredible producers from the underground and established scene.
For ‚Alive – Remixes‘ Jon, James & Tyrone have teamed up with Solomun.
Solomun is a great connoisseur of the underground scene, revered as „The giant – in every sense“ according to DJMag, and one of the first to secure a residency in Ibiza this year.
In the words of Tyrone Lindqvist from the band themselves, „It’s a heavier song in some ways, but at its core it’s hopeful.
We’re living – all of us – in this transitional moment right now and we wanted to focus on the hope that the future holds for all of us. We wanted to focus on the light at the end of the tunnel.“
