‚The Big Easy‘ ist ein weiterer Banger der cluborientierten Golden Recordings, bei dem Claptone haarsträubende Bläsersamples und Streicher über einen fetten Housebeat legt. „Dieser Track lächelt dich an und will, dass du zurücklächelst“, sagt Claptone selbst.
Ein sofortiger Publikumsliebling, der diesen Sommer die Festivals und Clubs beherrschen wird.
Er folgt auf die früheren Golden Recordings-Singles ‚Flashdance‘, eine Zusammenarbeit mit der New Yorker Legende ‚Man Parrish‘, und ‚Euphoria‘, die über zwei Millionen Spotify-Streams erreicht hat. Das neue Label wurde Anfang des Jahres gegründet und veröffentlicht Musik, um „die House-Musik und ihre ewige goldene Ära zu feiern“, wie Claptone selbst sagt.

It follows previous Golden Recordings singles ‚Flashdance‘, the collaboration with New York legend ‚Man Parrish‘, and ‚Euphoria‘, which has racked up over two million Spotify streams. Launched earlier this year, the new label is releasing music to „celebrate house music and its eternal golden era“, according to Claptone himself.
